Something is broken

Three things make a bug fixable on the first reply:

• Which game, and which level or board size
• What you did, and what happened instead
• Your phone and its version of iOS or Android

A screenshot is worth all three.

A puzzle looks wrong

Every puzzle is generated and then checked by computer to have exactly one solution, so a puzzle that seems impossible is worth reporting rather than assuming. Send the game and the level number and it gets looked at properly.

You bought the unlock and the ads came back

Tap Restore purchase, on the same screen as the buy button. It follows your app store account, so it works on a new phone and after a reinstall. If it still does not come back, email the store receipt and it will be sorted out.

Welcome, and read. Chalk is a small collection on purpose, so not everything lands, but the list of what is in it came mostly from people asking.
