Plain terms for a small game. Installing or using Chalk means these apply. If you do not agree with them, do not use the app.
You may use Chalk on the devices allowed by your app store account, for your own personal use. Do not take it apart to republish it, sell it on, or ship it as part of something else. Everything in the app, including the puzzle sets and the artwork, belongs to us.
Sudoku, nonograms, slitherlink, tic tac toe, four in a row, dots and boxes and hex are traditional games with rules nobody owns, implemented here from scratch. Chalk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any other company or app that publishes a version of any of them.
The free version of the app shows advertising, which is what pays for it. We choose the placement and the audience rating, not the individual ads. See the privacy policy for what the ad service can see.
Removing the ads is a single payment for a one time unlock. It is not a subscription: nothing renews, nothing expires, and there is nothing to cancel.
The app is provided as it is. We do our best to keep it working and every puzzle in it is checked by computer to have exactly one solution, but we cannot promise it will be free of faults, or that it will keep working on future versions of your phone's operating system. Nothing here takes away rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
As far as the law allows, our liability for anything to do with the app is limited to what you paid for it.
These terms may change, and the date at the top will move when they do. You can end them at any time by deleting the app.
These terms are governed by the law of the publisher's country of residence, without affecting your rights as a consumer where you live.
